Coconut oil knowledge:

There are 30%-40% oil and 50% water in fresh coconut,while ,there are 60%-70% oil in copra,just 4%-7% water,coconut oil possess sepcial fragrance.
The oil is extracted by crusher or screw persser,it recoveried residual oil from cake with the second extraction as a supplemnt by solvent .
Mechanical extraction process:To transgfer the copra which contain 10%-12% water to automatic balance and magnetic speration to remove junk iron, and grind it to particles that the diameter is about 0.3cm.
Put the embryo in the 115°C horizontal cooker with 20min,under this condition,fat cell crack,phospholipid sedimentation,water containing down to 3%.To transfer the same size embryo after cooked to presser for continuous extraction.Grease discharge with uniform decline curve at the most of time.Generally speaking ,coconut cake residual oil is 7% after processing.
